Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or using any product offered by YB Techworks ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by a sole developer based in Kyoto, Japan. By accessing or using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products and Services

YB Techworks develops and sells digital software products, including Chrome extensions, mobile applications, and web applications ("Products"). All Products are delivered digitally upon purchase.

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:

YB Techworks retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Products, including all intellectual property rights. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You retain ownership of any data you create or input using our Products.

4. Payment

All purchases are processed through Stripe, Inc. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes. By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the stated amount. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect already-completed purchases.

5. No Warranties

Products are provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Subscription Cancellation

If you purchase a recurring Premium subscription, you may cancel at any time through your Google account subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access to Premium features until that date. We do not issue refunds for the unused portion of a subscription period, except where required by applicable law or as described in our Refund Policy.

One-time purchases (including the Lifetime plan) are not subscriptions and have no cancellation option after delivery, except as described in our Refund Policy.

9. Export Restrictions

Our Products are subject to the export control laws and regulations of Japan and applicable international agreements. You agree not to export, re-export, transfer, or use our Products in violation of such laws, including use by or transfer to individuals or entities listed on applicable sanctions or denial lists, or use in countries or territories subject to comprehensive sanctions.

We do not currently offer promotional discounts, coupon codes, or special offers. Any future promotions will be subject to their own terms and conditions, which will be published at the time of the promotion.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Products immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Product ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our Products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kyoto District Court, Japan.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our Products after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
